3-Day Return Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return.

We accept returns only if the product you received is:

- Damaged or defective
- Incorrect item or wrong product received
- Damaged during delivery

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please email us at darkoraa@gmail.com with:

- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- A description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Since some of our T-shirts may be specially printed or customized according to your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Customized or specially printed products
- Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery

We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided for approved return requests where:

- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product was damaged during delivery
- Your order cannot be fulfilled by us

Once your return or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges & Replacements

We may offer a replacement or exchange for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed, printed, or shipped. Once an order has been processed, printed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
